FOR THE TEAMS THAT KEEP HOMES RUNNING

Good work deserves
a good follow-up.

You take care of the job. We help organize the next conversation—with AI-assisted, human-reviewed follow-up for home-service businesses.

ROOM FOR BETTER FOLLOW-THROUGH

Three conversations
worth keeping going.

Start where your office feels the friction. We first look at what you already use, then agree on one useful process.

01

New inquiries

Give eligible service requests a clear next step. Gather the useful details and put the right person in charge of the reply.

From inquiry to a human handoff
02

Estimate follow-up

Make it easier for customers to ask a question after an estimate, so your team knows which conversation needs attention.

From an estimate to a conversation
03

Customer reactivation

Reconnect about routine service with past customers who have permission on record. Keep opt-outs and preferences respected.

From past service to a useful reminder

THOUGHTFUL WORDS. A PERSON IN THE LOOP.

A follow-up should
feel like a conversation.

AI can help prepare a response. A person checks the context, permission, and wording before anything goes out.

Illustrative drafts only. These are fictional examples, not sent messages or customer results.

SAMPLE EMAIL · READY FOR HUMAN REVIEW

A next step for your service request

Hi Alex, thanks for getting in touch about your AC. Could you share the property’s ZIP code and a little more about what you’re noticing? Our team can then check the next available appointment.

Your office confirms service advice, pricing, and appointment times.

A CLEAR WAY TO START

We learn your process.
Then we earn our place in it.

No need to change everything at once.

  1. 01

    Find the useful gap.

Walk through your current follow-up, existing tools, and the people responsible. Choose one process worth testing.

  2. 02

    Agree on the boundaries.

Check eligible contacts, permissions, message review, reply ownership, and your real scheduling process before launch.

  3. 03

    Review what happened.

Look at replies, appointments, completed work, and recorded payments. Decide what to keep, change, or stop.

  • Up to 50 eligible contacts and 150 reviewed emails
  • Weekday review during agreed hours
  • A weekly check-in and a final activity report
  • Up to $25 in email and AI usage included

No automatic renewal. Work pauses at the agreed usage limit unless a new allowance is approved.

Proposed scope, subject to fit and a separate agreement. We’re preparing our first customer pilots. Customer delivery and reply routing must be configured and tested before a start date is confirmed. Phone calls, texts, emergency dispatch, and custom CRM integrations are outside this pilot. No guaranteed bookings or revenue.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Know what
you’re signing up for.

Will this replace our office team?

The pilot supports your office team. Your people remain responsible for service advice, pricing, urgent requests, and confirming appointments. Uncertain conversations go to a person.

Do we need to change our existing software?

We start by learning your current tools. The first pilot uses an agreed handoff to your office and scheduling process. A direct CRM or calendar connection is not included or assumed.

How will we know whether it helped?

We agree on a baseline and review the activity together. Reports distinguish replies, confirmed appointments, completed work, invoices, and recorded payments. A payment linked to a conversation is not by itself proof that follow-up created additional revenue.

What happens when someone asks us to stop?

Opt-outs stop further follow-up. Permission records and existing suppression lists must be reviewed before a pilot starts, and messages need individual approval.
